We vet every carer to the highest standards making sure that all Devoted Staffing approved carers are suitable to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.​ Our rigorous recruitment and vetting process means that only 5% of applicants are successful in in becoming a Devoted Staffing approved carer.​
